This is the first Columbia Asia medical centre that would later serve as the basis for the prototype design for their future hospitals in Asia. The two-storey building has 72 beds and built on relatively tight site of merely 1.46 acres. With effective space planning, the building managed to fulfill the entire medical programme brief within the 2-storey building.
