12 years after completion of the Columbia Asia Seremban medical centre, the Client managed to secure the land across the public road for extension as well as the permit from the local authorities to build a bridge across to link both buildings. The extension involves building a new 40-bedded medical centre. Although the two buildings were built some 12 years apart, by introducing new architectural features to the new, EDP designed the building to complement the older building and yet individually distinctive.
