Tiffani by i-ZEN is located in the upmarket Mont’ Kiara neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur. EDP struck a balance between designing for high efficiency and creating ‘iconic’ design. Whilst the layouts maximise the saleable floor area, the design language would have to be appealing to the area’s affluent and well-travelled demographic. Also, EDP successfully addressed the client’s brand values of 6-S’s, viz. style, service, security, sophistication, soul and sustainability in the design. Comprising two tower blocks of 28 and 36-storey each, a modernist approach was expressed by simple rectangular and linear forms with emphasis on intricate detailing work. When it was completed in 2010, it was a noted landmark in luxury development as it was one of the first residential development in the city to offer private lift lobbies to the bigger condominium units.
